Lucky Strikes Gold, “Lucky”
“Lucky” is a 27 year old registered American Quarter Horse with an impressive cutting and reining pedigree and quite the precocious goofball attitude!
Lucky is 15.2 hands high and excels as a quite competitive jousting horse who also shows his nimbleness and tenacity in the melee and Skill at Arms. Lucky has put up with a lot from Steve over the years but they’ve both learned and grown together since 2002.
When Lucky isn’t jousting, he tries his best at Dressage and Eventing but especially enjoys Foxhunting and in 2018, he was featured in the American Quarter Horse Magazine detailing our journey through competitive jousting.
